Mp3 Player with WiFi (iPod touch alternative?)

I'm thinking about getting an Mp3 player that has WiFi capability like an iPod touch. The only requirements are that it has a decent memory capacity (no less than 4gb), plays music obviously, and has WiFi capability. I want to be able to use it for browsing the web, emails, instant messaging (MSN), anything else is a bonus.

Is there anything else like that out there or is the iPod touch the only contender?

Built in Wi-Fi, has an app store where you can download apps like Facebook or Windows Live Messenger, comes in 16, 32 and 64GB and comes with it's own web browser. Mind you I've never used one so I have no idea how good/bad they are. Out of curiosity, why not just buy an iPod Touch, I doubt anything does all of that better than an iPod.

I don't have anything against the iPod but I wanted to see if there's any alternative before buying :)

Zune HD looks pretty good.
