MP3 program to alter loudness of mp3s

Hi,

I've got a few MP3s for my brothers band, and the recordings are all at various levels of loudness, if you get what I mean, so play them with any of my normal MP3s, it sounds really quiet, so it needs to be turned up for just those songs.

So, is there a free program out there that'll help me fix this at all?

Foobar2000 uses ReplayGain to bring the relative levels of songs together. This is better than 'normalising' as it writes detail to tags rather than changing the original file. However it means that you need a playback program (foobar) that supports ReplayGain.

Cheers, just downloaed MP3Gain from that site, and it worked a treat!
