mp3 ringtone help....

my ickle sisters has just got a phone that can play mp3's but only has like 3mb of memory???

So she wants mp3's as ringtones...

How do i grab a ten second clip from a mp3 that she can use as a tone?

Is there anything out there freeware?

Windows sound recorder only does .wav?

i use goldwave

cut bits out of loads of songs for ringtones, got loads now

nero full versions 5-7 has a program called wave editor which does what you want, depends if you have nero though.
