MP3 to text

I have a bunch of MP3 voice recordings and im looking for some sort of reading software to turn them into text

I know those apps are notoriously unreliable but it would be a start that i could then complete.

The person has an American accent which may help it...i know accents screw these things up sometime.

Any suggestions?

Does that "Dragon Naturally Speaking" (I am totally not sure what the proper name is) have a function to do this? That voice recognition software?

I dont think that has the ability to take in an MP3 and transcribe it.

Really struggling with this on. PC software would be ok also.

Nothing for mac that I am aware of there may be some thing but I doubt it. There is a part of google which does transcription for videos but its not very good.
