Ok, so i took my mpb (early 2011) to the mac store to have the system repaired, i needed a new screen, top case and fan. It took a week longer than they promised and since i got it back i have been having wireless issues.

If the computer is kept completely still the internet will work fine (for the most part), but the second it is moved the internet drops out and the wireless adapter switches itself off and wont come back on. I have to re-start the laptop to get the internet working again.

Anyone else had similar issues?

Sounds like someone forgot to make sure the wireless card was seated correctly when they did the repair and it's sitting loose causing the connection to fail when it moves.

Did you drop the MacBook to damage it enough that it needed the first repair? It's just I've seen a lot of early 2011 MBPs on the refurb store, 3 months from release. So I'm wondering was it accidental damage or hardware failure?

No i didn't drop it, was a problem with the keyboard and fan, also had some dead pixels on the screen. I have an appointmet at 5pm, so hopefully it will get fixed.
