I say they would be a type of audio file

yeah.....found that they are audio. can't find anything to play them with though.....

The Core Media Player
Winamp with Musepack Winamp Plugin
Media Player Classic might work too

I believe you'll need a plug-in to decode them

just found a media player codec on the musepack website......plays them now. cant get winamp to play them though.

oh well.....thanks all
