MPC-HC breaking/messing up audio channels.

So I've got a little problem with mpc-hc. For some reason, it keeps on messing around with the audio channels on the pc. I've got a SBZ, it's set to headphones. The control panel has a test audio thing that plays left and right channel and indicates which it is playing at the time.

MPC-HC seems to keep doing something strange with the channels. It only happens after skipping forwards or backwards, but when doing that the audio seems to get messed up somehow and sounds wrong.

Checking in the control panel when mpc has done it and according to the test option, left channel audio is playing through the right headphone, while right channel audio plays from both sides. The second you shut mpc, it goes back to normal.

It never used to do when I was using the onboard (realtek something or other) sound.

It only seems to have this issue after skipping forward/backwards and doesn't do it all the time. It's only mpc-hc. Nothing else seems to do it, just mpc. Any ideas? I'd prefer not to switch player as I like mpc :(.

Thanks.

In MPC-HC are you using the built in codecs/filters or external ones?

Do you have any audio mixing options set in MPC-HC?

I use MPC-BE with LAV Filters, I also have a Creative SBZ, and skipping/seeking doesn't break the audio.

I've not changed anything on it. Just using it as it comes, so I assume internal filters. It's strange, it doesn't do it every time, but if it's going to do it, it's after using the seek bar.
