Its not an installer as such is it? When you download it, what are all the .dll files for?

I've just been copying the app to my desktop and running from there.

Is it "my bad"?

Nah just unzip them and create a short cut if you need one. Leave all the files in one place.

The dll's are language files and an icon library.
