Hi everyone.
I've got a friend that's having some trouble with mpeg files not buffering. When clicking the link to the mpeg file, Windows Media Player opens the file immediately and doesn't buffer the file or anything. This, of course, results in stuttered playback as data isn't being downloaded fast enough to keep up with the speed of playback.
The question is: how can she make the files buffer properly? Neither of us are video-editing pros and the SUPPOSED pro at her work place is utterly useless. Can anyone shed any light on the matter?
If you need more details, I'll try to get back to you with them asap.
Thanks!
