Mpeg2 to avi...?

What would I use to convert Mpeg2 to Xvid..?
Would be good it it would amend the audio at the same time to either AC3 or MP3.
I dont mind if the program takes time, it has to be lossless quality so Winavi is no where near good enough :confused:

Try the free virtual dub.

I Use VirtualDub MPEG-2 (though to DivX & not XviD). Can find a guide on how to use it here

Other useful program is AutoGK
