Mr2?

Looking for a new "fun" car and i am thinking about a mk2 mr2 gt or gt t bar. What are the common problems with these cars, what sort of cars are they to drive and how much would i be looking at for a good one?

What age was that one? Annoying thing is i need it to be a p reg or newer for my private plate to go on.

Thing is im not limited to 3k more than happy to spend more if anyone can recommend me a nice quick and nice looking car up to 7k or so.
Just so happened i saw an mr2 and thought hmmm.
