MS Access problem - disabled checkboxes

Hi Guys,

I have a form, and basically I have an option where when chkbx1 is selected chkbx2 is disabled (greyed out) this is great however, when I select 'New Record' that checkbox is still disabled so the form doesnt reset. Does anyone have a way around this?

are you using the new record button at the bottom or adding your own? If you've added your own, just incorporate code to re-enable the checkboxes as part of the on click event.

Alternatively, use the oncurrent event combined with code to check for a new record and change the check boxes as appropriate.
