Was checking over my Control Panel doing a general clean up of the drive and notice I have so many of these "Microsoft C++ Redistributable" packages. I understand that these are detrimental to programs running, but I don't suppose there is a universal C++ Redist. that I can install, rather than having the 25+ (literally) seperate ones I currently have? I'm pretty sure some of these packages must have been left over from games I've uninstalled, but I don't just want to start randomly uninstalling them all.
