Hi.
I am trying to stop cetain users from sending or receiving email externally as I only want them to be able to send/receive from other AD users.
Currently I have set up a new Transport rule that says:
Anyone who is a memory of "Group" will silently drop the message unless sent to a contact inside the organisation.
This seems to stop them sending emails to outside addresses.
However I seem unable to create a rule to stop the emails coming in from the outside world.
I think it is possible to do this by setting the message delivery restrictions to only accept from authenticated users. However I cannot find a way to do this global - do I have to do each user individually?
Any help would be great
