Is it possible for multiple users to access one mailbox? I'm working for a company that is looking at moving to a dedicated server and as the office has a general enquires e-mail address that everyone needs access to this question has been raised.

Yes, but typically this is what you use public folders for, rather than a mailbox.

or just add users to that account permissions and then add that mailbox via outlook (or something like that, off work atm so am in total shutdown mode atm)

Yes,

Either give the relevent people access to the mailbox in its security settings and have them access it via Outlook (view other users mailbox), or let all the staff know the password for it and have them access it via OWA or via a direct link on their section of your intranet etc http://servername/exchange/mailboxname
