I'm considering buying MS Flight Simulator X.

I have seen the game for £20 on ebay (think it's the full game and not expansion)

Can you recommend me a joystick?
Ideally cheap , but needs to have force feedback.

Microsoft Force Feedback Stick from Flea bay, it suits FS2004 / FXS very very well imo.

i was just going to post the same thing

i got out the old, old school FS2000 today for some reason. i even enjoyed it :eek:

im looking for joysticks now, ill post any good ones i find

Saitek Cyborg Evo. Probably the best one there is for the price. Got very good reviews across the board and i know a lot of people here will recommend it.

Saitek AV8R has duel thottles and not to expensive

note that FSX has activation issues eg only two after that you need to ring up, so caveat emptor on the second hand ones , would you buy a S/H OS

For about £30 I really rate the Top Gun Afterburner II, its got a detachable throttle on the left hand side and seems to do the job admirably. Had lots of problems with drifting on a Saitek Evo previously, no such problems with this.

Also, if you like flying over the UK buy the Horizon photo scenery discs, it will make everything look 'real'
