Been thinking of ways to improve some things around the office and came accross MS office communicator. Looks like it could be useful
Our office uses outlook and some departments also use IMS services. We also use Juniper for meetings and desktop sharing. Started to introduce VoIP for phones using fonality..all these things that Office communicator seems to do in 1 package. An additional thing I was looking at was a shared tasks list to prompt users without the need to check stuff like sharepoint, but dont know if this can do that.
Question is ... has anyone used this, can you recomend it and what benefits have you gotten out of it
