Hi all,
so, my pet peeve is when i'm notified of a new starter and i'm given the incorrect spelling of their name, so i then have to change their ADUC accounts, AppleID and OneDrive.
It's OneDrive that's causing me an issue. I can't get it to perform camera upload from iphone or ipad via wifi (set to upload on any connection btw). I couldn't even link the MS account to the domain account on a laptop as when it asks for a security email, the email never actually lands in the users mailbox.
I'm wondering if the email address change has borked the account. We use the same works email address for MS, Apple and Google accounts (diff password obvs). So i reeeeaaallly don't want to setup another MS account with a different email address.
Not even sure where to go to get some proper OneDrive support from?
