MS or Hardware ?

I have a brand new shuttle computer that fully supports vista, the only components I have added is the memory and the cpu that i brought from OCUK, xp runs fine and i have the latest bios. However VISTA won’t install either through upgrade or clean install. I have 2 different discs and different versions, but it always bombs out or blue screens when it’s just about to “start windows for the first time” it then says it needs to start the install again.
I brought this machine to use VISTA on and to learn the OS. But clearly there is an issue here, who should offer me support shuttle or Microsoft?

I would imagine that shuttle would be your first port of call, it sounds to me like a hardware issue.

I have installed vista on around 4 different systems, and have no trouble with the install. Even the older systems work ok with it, just a little slow.
