MS Outlook 2003

Hey peeps,

My colleague has left the company for which I work. I need her template emails.

We all use outlook 2003 here

So I made a shortcut to the folder from her outlook to her desktop, then emailed it to myself...It didnt work...

Is there a quick way I can get those 40 templates from a folder in her inbox so that I can just add them to my outlook?

cant you just highlight them all and forward them to yourself from her mailbox?
Or pull them onto a folder and share onto the network and let whoever have what they want?

Have your administrator grant you rights to her mailbox, then add it in Outlook and either drag and drop into your own, or run import/export.

Alternatively, move them into a public folder for anyone who needs them to use.
