I have MS Outlook 2003.

Also have several e.mail accounts for different businesses etc - how can I get outlook to deliver different mail (from different accounts) to different folders - all at the same time?

Is this possible?

Set up each account in Outlook, then create rules for each account.

One of the rule settings is that for any mail received to (email address here), move to (specified folder).

So you just create folders within the inbox.

It can either run the rule as the message is received, or after its been received.

Is that what you mean?
