MS Outlook - swapping group contact lists

Hi. As the title really. I need to set up about 12-15 groups of email addresses with 1-20 addresses per group. Is there a way to send these contact lists to other people? It seems silly my work mates having reproduce these lists if I have already created them!

You can email the contacts as attachments or alternatively export them to a pst file then get your mates to import it.
