I've been trying to play around with MS Project recently and had some issues.
I've set up my calendar so that i'm on 7 days per week with 12 hour days 08:00 to 20:00
I've also made sure my hours per day is correct
Yet when i enter 1 day as the duration in the Gantt chart, it wants to span 2 days. To me if i start a task on the 23/01/17 and it takes 1 day it should finish on that 1 day but it's not playing ball. Same thing happens on other days. So Task 2 is for 2 days but shows as 3 days to complete.
Anyone have any ideas? I've also found that when looking at the Resource Chart it shows task 1 as 1.33 days. This suggests that there is still something using an 8hr day as 12hrs would be the equivalent to 1.33 days.
