MS Server 2003 Permissions

I want to make the Office executable file temporarily available on Windows Server 20003. However I do not want them to be able to copy the Office Software suite to their computer and thus steal it.

What settings do I need to set in the permission to allow this?

yep, but I'm not doing the installation, someone else. And I'm not happy about giving him a free distributable copy of ms office

the person you're giving the installer to being able to use it when he gets home ?

decided to create a shortcut to a batch file that runs the installer in the end. I doubt he'll know how to open it and figure out the code.
