MS Store Slow Downloads Speeds

MS store is slow, I'm hitting 65 tops on a 200 line.

I've tried all the usual stuff like making sure the background download limit is checked and at 100%, reset the store via cmd etc.
Any suggestions, other than don't use the MS sore ?

Reboot ALL devices. Including router, switches, desktop, laptops, phones.
