MS Teams blurry and low quality resolution.

I'm having a problem in teams, sometimes it's blurry the preview pannel is fine but when you actually start the meeting it's blurry. I looked for answers on google but nothing seems to change sometimes it's ok other times it's not.

Has anyone had this problem?

I have reinstalled Teams all drivers are updated. It's just the video stream that's blurry not the control pannel.

Zoom is absolutely fine.

It's actually just the preview, everyone else has said it looks fine. I did test it myself used teams on my computer and then used my laptop as a second user. The problem with it being blurry is you can't adjust the settings properly because the quality is so low.
