As expected really but they are clueless & do not have a clue 
Basically keeping their Xbox One exclusives & want to push Kinect 2.0 onto the PC at some time (Stealth DRM device). The only worry for PC gaming is if a lot of these exclusives do not appear PC gaming will not have many DX11 only big budget games in future as the cost to make these is ridiculous so only the big publishers can afford it
