MS word 2000 Macro problem

I have a macro to activate the works printer through software called partner - it allows us to select which type of paper we want.

Now when I go to tools > macro > macros...> and run

the macro works. However, when I drag it onto the toolbar through tools > customize > macros.....and select and drag it on to the toolbar, it doesnt work.

Please help, this is annoying me something rotten.
