Hopefully someone can recommend me a way to recover a password for a priavate word doc as I cannot remember what it is. I orginally created it in word 2000 i think but I now use word 2007. I just came across it after a good couple of years of not having opened it. I usually change my passwords every few months elsewhere, but that one would have been the same for the last 2 years I imagine. I have tried several passwords I could have used but in vain.
Anyone recommend one of those trial password recovery software that displays the first few letters or something?
Is it not advisable to use it on word 2007 if it has better protection i.e. use the software on a pc running word 97/xp/03?
