MS Word Mail Merge

To automate some document writing I created a Mail Merge document. How do I send other people who don't have the accompanying details a full version of the document instead of the receiving fields that their system doesn't have the data to fill in?
 
For anyone interested....

I found the answer eventually. Bring up the mail merge tool bar (in View > Toolbars)

Then select main document setup on the tool bar and of the choices it gives you select Normal Word Document

That simple :)
