I'm looking to change the height of text through the length of a word, starting small at the beginning character and ending largest at the last one.

I don't know the name of this process, if there is one, nor how to do it.

Btw Wordart in Word is vile, it has an option to do the scaling but it just doesn;t come out right.

Anyone know the solution please?

should get you want you need (I’ve never used Inkscape, but know it’s free and will handle that sort of stuff )
