Basically long story put short, I've got a whole block of text that I need word to split into 6 paragraphs without using space/enter. Is this possible at all? Hoping some Word pro can help me out on this one as it's doing my head in.

Thanks in advance.

Are the paragraphs going to be identically sized? Could you not set up a macro to break the text into 6 parts by recording one action? The only problem is you'd need to use space/enter that way.

How about using CTRL + Enter is it to force a page break where you need a paragraph?

Or you could copy and paste each 'paragraph' that you need into a new document so that you have 6 documents. Then create a new blank document and copy and paste the 6 documents into that one, making space between each paragraph as you go?

no word from op. I'm really curious as to how you can't use space and enter. does your text allrunonlikethiswithnospacesatall? How did you type your post? Have you to do this programtically like a 1000 times or something?

Sorry for the late reply, I figured it out.

After each block of text I wanted paragraphed I had to press Shift + Enter simultaneously. I could use space/enter as per usual but as I have to prove I used this option via the show paragraph marks and other hidden symbols button (Ctrl + " ). If I used space/enter it would not show the paragraph marks.

Thanks for the help :)
