Hi,

Say I crop a screen shot in MS word, how can i stop someone else opening my saved document and 'un cropping' my pictures to view the original screen shot?

This is a university assignment so passwords are out of the question

I have been taking a screenshot using print screen and then cropping it in word..........

pdf would be my choice. But if you must do it in word go Right click the picture > Format Picture > Picture Tab > Compress... > Check Delete Cropped areas of pictures.

Crop it in a 3rd party program and then insert it?

PDF probably won't be suitable as suggested above if your lecturer/tutor marks the work in the document like they do with us.
