ms word simple query

Hi,

can you copy and paste the toolbar to show as an image in a word document you are writing...

to clarify, i am creating a document on mail merge, i want to show the toolbar in my instructions and show where to click therefore I want to use the toolbar as an image...is this possible?

please advise

You would need to print the screen and crop to what you want, save as an image then insert the image into the document.
