Hey AcidHell2, just simply go to the toolbar and navigate along to the "Insert" tab and Symbol will be their.

when you in the symbol explorer where is it, I can't see it by browsing.

eg
Latin
Latin-1
Latin extended

etc.

I'm looking for a box with a tick in it, to insert into a form. I know it's in symbols somewhere I just can't find it.

If so, then just simply make sure the font is set to Wingdings 2.
