MS Xbox 360 + What = Component to TV + Optical to AV Receiver?

Im assuming im missing a cable or an adapter, what is it called?

As I want my 360 connect to my receiver for some dts niceness.....
 
i have the official component hd cable and i have the newish premium with the hd out, so i think im looking for something that plugs into the component cable???

The Component cable supplied with the Pro/Premium and Elite 360 has the optical out on part which plugs into the 360. All you need is an optical cable (not supplied in any 360 SKU).
