MSc Computer Science (conversion)

I have a degree in biology (final year mainly bioinformatics) from the University of Manchester and currently work as a sort of analyst, but I think I'd like to go into a coding/developer role. I currently know Python and C and have wrote a few basic programs that people throughout my company use (I'm open to suggestions for any other languages to learn if anyone has any).

So does anyone think a CS conversion course would be worthwhile?
