Search google for "Autoruns.exe" and take a look at the top result (i think) Really handy program that lists all the start up programs, and you can right click them and find more info about each one.
Another option would be to run HijackThis and get the Log checked
although i'd use hijackthis, msconfig is a bit lame and misses a lot of entires out
autoruns is awesome, but more dangerous than hijackthis in the wrong hands!
I'd defo leave NvCpl running, that's the colour profile for the Nvidia card, i.e. your brightness, gamma, and digital vibrance, etc for your desktop which it applies when Windows starts. Apart from that one, you can uncheck all of them.
