Just installed vista X64 again the other day, still playing around to get things as I want. Just trying to speed up boot-up time, will I be ok with disabling all of the ticked apart from

Audio
NOD
OS
Catalyst CC

Btw anyone know what Realtek voice manager is?

You are better turning of a lot of stuff in Control Panel > Admin Tools and choose Services.

Never touched anything in services. Can you give me abit more info on them?

So on each of those point you listed above go into properties and select startup type and change to disabled?
