mscorsvw will NOT stop

I did the manual compiling with ngen.exe and it still continues compiling something in the background during idle. I went back to the framework directory and ran ngen.exe again and it just reports that everything is compiled. But again it still it keeps doing something in the background during idle.

This is in Vista. Is there something new with .NET now? Is there another new directory containing uncompiled stuff? I checked all the directories under the framework dir and couldn't find another dir with ngen.exe in it.

For the stuff I'm doing I'd really like it to just be done compiling.

Ok well soon after starting this thread it appears to have completed doing whatever it was doing. Maybe it was doing some checking or something. I for sure got everything compiled with "ngen.exe executequeueditems".
