My Flight Sim seems to not be running as it should, I am not very good with pc's to be honest so coming here for some help as to what could be wrong, or if I need to make an upgrade/downgrade to get the best performance, or if my parts are not the best match for each other. Thanks. Specs are as Follows:

MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX

AMD Radeon Sapphire Pulse 6800

TX750M Power Supply

4 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3000 MhZ

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (Stock Cooler)

Corsair 465x RGB Case

Corsair MP510 1TB SSD

Seagate 2TB HDD

Low FPS even on Low settings, stuttering when panning camera, i just feel my hardware should be performing a lot better than it is and ive tried possibly everything to fix it and nothing is working. Thanks

Have you done much troubleshooting? Your PC should be able to run this game without problems.

Do you get an appropriate score for your hardware, in CPU and GPU benchmarks (e.g. cinebench and 3D Mark)?

I have followed nearly every graphics video and nothing seems to improve it. I will download cinebench and let you know. Thanks
