Ok, cool. Its a race between the GS77 or an Alienware - the latter is available now but only in FHD and I want at least QHD.
So, I'm just going to wait and see, or I may not resist the lure of new hardware and go for the Razer 17 as that has QHD and is up for pre-order.

The other candidate is the Zephyrus M16. I want to see a review of this first but it is available for pre-order (on this very website!)

As far as I heard there are UHD and QHD options available on GS66
