So I decided to take my graphics card out yesterday to clean out the dust with compressed air. As it turned out there was almost no dust buildup which was good. However I found that whilst one fan seemed to spin fine with almost no resistance, the second fan seemed slightly stuck and seemed to have much more resistance to spinning. When I spun the first fan gently and let go it would continue spinning for a good few seconds whereas the second fan would stop almost immediately. Also when I observe them spinning in computer, the stuck fan seems to wobble slightly whilst the other fan doesn't.

Has anyone else experienced this? I wanted to ask here first because I'm thinking of RMAing it in case it gets any worse but because it doesn't actually cause any major issues (though temps might be considered a little on the high side for this card) I'm worried it'll just be sent straight back because no issues are found.

Hmm yeah I could try that, just strange that only one of them has gone like this when both seemed to work fine when I bought it. Just have to be careful when applying it!
