I'm 902 on last update (this week) for my MSI 3080 gaming trio from an order on 18/10/20
...at the present rate I'll be lucky to see my card in Feb or March of 2021

The 30 series launch has been a goddamn joke.

At a cost of £790.00 i have to say honestly at this stage im pretty much done.

The best thing you can do if you are that unhappy is speak with your wallet. Cancel your order and move on, I'm sure someone in the queue behind you will appreciate it :P

Ultimately this isn't just an nvidia or AMD problem. Sony and Microsoft are suffering severe issues getting the new consoles into peoples hands too, it is what it is.

Look elsewhere in the meantime and cancel if you find one.

Good advice. Once I finally got hold of the GPU I wanted, I had to cancel orders. I still have two B Grade fairly old GPUs on their way and a 3070 I didn't cancel in time. Will have to return...

Keep good track of what you ordered, I did the same with CPUs and only realised the other day one was still on order... I sharp cancelled it once I realised.

I had the msi trio in my basket and ready to checkout when I realised I only had £730 in my bank account and not £750. Lol what a bummer. I would have bought it too. Not much I could do because I was at work. Well at least I scored for a Ryzen 5600X yesterday. Might save up bit more and wait for 3080TI or just go all AMD and 6800XT.

Join a shorter queue. A retailer with 1000 long queue's is great for them, rubbish for the consumer. Try buying one elsewhere, may cost a touch more and then just cancel your order at the 1000 queue retailer.
