MSI 343CQR -wireless mouse is laggy as hell when plugged into monitor

Just got the MSI 343CQR last week, it comes with two USB ports in and one USB out. So I connected my corsair Dark Core Pro and k63 wireless receivers into it. The USB cable then goes into either my laptop or desktop.

The mouse is laggy as hell, constantly pauses and skips.

If I plug the receiver directly into my laptop/desktop then it works fine.

The point of having them plugged into monitor is that it is then only one cable to swap between my laptop/desktop instead of two receivers.

Very disappointing for a £900 monitor

Someone on Reddit had the same issue:

"I had this monitor and returned it for the same reason, the USB ports put out **** power, so I imagine they’re not sufficiently powerful for the receivers, I was told plugging it into the wall direct would solve it, but it didn’t so it was returned."

Considering returning it.

I can get around the issue by using bluetooth to connect mouse/kb to laptop and the wireless receivers into the desktop, but it's still very disappointing for a £900 monitor
