This is a follow up to an ongoing issue I'm having with an MSI 6970 GFX card. (original thread detailing measures already attempted can be found Here
Continuing driver crashes on this system with all drivers so far tested (11.12, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4 and 12.6 beta all with associated CAP's). All driver installations have been attempted following a proper clearing of previous driver versions using driversweeper as recommended.
Now i'm starting to see more and more texture related issues both in games, standard desktop applications (Browsers, Office etc.)

How it should look for those interested: http://i.imgur.com/L6tzP.png
All sticks of RAM check out under memtest after multiple sweeps in varied configurations (4x 2gb sticks, tested in sequence, in pairs and groups, in multiple dimms).
The Card in question has been back to OCUK for testing and was given a clean bill of health, however my issues have continued.
Can anyone recommend any further testing or should i look in to starting an RMA with MSI directly? In the RMA situation, what sort of evidence should i gather to send with the card.
Thanks for your time
