Hi guys,
I purchased a MSI 780 from overclockers in october and today randomly died with nothing weird before hand. I tried calling overclockers but they had just closed, so no luck there.
Anyway, was just wondering how the exchange system is here? I've read into it but how long is an expected time to wait?
Also, a bit of detail about what happened with the card, I was playing a game and everything was fine, suddenly my display went blank and it couldn't detect an input, yet my pc was still on with the fans/leds still on. I tried reseating the gpu and disconnecting/reconnecting the power cables. The integrated graphics still work and allow my pc to boot up fine, and the gpu fans are on full blast constantly, even when using the integrated graphics. I'm using my laptop now as to not damage anything further.
