How much power are you going to need for two of these?

In web reviews, they are pretty power hungry and I am wondering whether I can run the CF properly with Seasonic Platinum 860W with M5E and i7-3770K @ 4.5G?

Radeon HD 7970 Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
