MSI 7970 Lightning faulty?

Is this faulty? I get that 'square shaped' glitch about 1/3 of the time I play games and it stays there until I reboot. This is at at stock (the video is at stock) settings or overclocked .... temps are fine throughout.

I'm no expert but i would first try one or all of the following:-

eject and re-seat the card in the slot and check all aother power connnectors

Uninstall drivers, run driver sweeper and use the Whql 13.6

Switch the bios to the secondary stock bios and test

Test in another machine ?

If you do all of the above and the glitch still remains Rma the card
