MSI 970 gaming4G not showing correct clocks!?

Hi folks

Just installed my new MSI 970 gaming and GPU-Z is not showing the advertised clocks!

Showing core 1114 MHz and Boost 1253
Rather than the advertised core 1140 and Boost 1279

Any ideas anyone???

Either overclock it manually or install the MSI Gaming App and switch to "OC Mode".
